Regarding part time cop

Engaging in any other business or profession by a Chartered Accountant in practice without the prior & specific permission of the council(other than for which general permission is given by institute) is a professional misconduct in terms of clause 11 of part I of The First Schedule of Chartered accountants act,1949.
Engaging in full time/part time employment in a business concern requires specific and prior approval of council
It is shocking to know that being a CA you were unaware of this. Strange!
