regarding nov 2010 ca final exam

PLEASE HELP ME OUT

I have cleared my cpt exam in feb 2007.

i have appeared for pcc exams in following manner:

 Nov'08both group,fail in both group

jun'09,appear for both grop,pass in one grop

nov'09,2nd grop but fail

jun'10-2nd group-Hope easily i will pass this time

I have also continued my articleship and will completed on sep'10.

Will i appear for ca final nov'10 exam.

Is there is any such requirement that timegap between xm and passing should 1 year.

please advise suitably
