Sir, I am holding of Gst., but due to unavoidable circumstances I have not filed my gst return from January 2018 to till month sir now the
System show the late fees on return, I am an small DEALER, Sir from the relevant information I found that the the deptt has been exempt the late fee and no late fee will be charged, Whereas the system show the late fee. Sir please help me. Thanks

When you will file your return GSTR 3b there will be another tab of Interest will show in which you will see what Interest or late fee you have to in particular month.
Yes you are correct the council has waive off the late for july 2017 to Sept.2018 by issuing Notification 75, 76 of CT , 2018. But the portal has not been Updated till date
