Regarding NBFC
currently i have a private limited company registered under CA 2013, running money lending business in Gujarat under money lending act 2011, now i want to apply NBFC, Can RBI issue to us NBFC license????

Yes RBI can issue licence but subject to certain conditions as minimum net owed funds for NBFC should be 2 crores rupees
You can apply for NBFC, after fulfillment of certain conditions of RBI, PLEASE visit RBI website for further details.
