Is it necessary to mention the name of the company in every minutes like  MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ________- LTD or  MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY is enough

yes it is necessary because minutes is not for personal use of the company only it is for all members and also for outsiders and auditors.

and as per my knowledge dear mam as per company law board provisions the company name should be mention on every document.
