dear experts i am a newly qualified Chartered Accountant. Now i want to apply for the membership for which i need some advice.
actually at the time of filling form - 103 ie. for articleship trainning i missed out to mention that i was doing regular B.com along with my articleship. Please note that i was regestered as an article before 31/3/2009 and therefore was exempted from taking permission vide form - 112. So to conclude the only mistake that i commited was that i missed out to mention Bcom degree at the time of filling form 103.
Please guide me if this act amounts to concealment of facts? if yes then whats the immediate remedy?
