regarding last date for submission of form 102 and 103
I want to ask what is the last date for submission of form 102 and 1103 for students having final may 2020 attempt.

As per me if form submitted till 31 st oct 17 than your final is due on Nov 2020
is 31 Oct is the date for submission of form or it should be date of joining
It is date of joining, form need to submitted within 30 days without late fees
