I have received compensation from state government on compulsory aquisition of rural aqricultural land.TDS has been deducted from compensation amount.
It is a capital receipt but not covered under capital gain.
I have no any other income.
Now advice me whether TDS claim should be made by showing compensation amount as exempted income and which ITR form.
