Regarding kmp
Whether Govt. companies have been outrightly exempted from appointing KMP or the exemption implies that the provisions relating to bar on holding office as KMP in more than one company is not applicable to Govt. companies.... Please clarify.

no exemption is given to government companies under Companies Act, 2013. Every companies is required to follow the provision of KMP.
