this is the reply i got from icai for query regarding extension of time to complete itt and orientation program for students opting for conversion (pe-2 to ipcc)
Dear Student,
Completion of ITT and Orientation Programme is a regulatory requirement, therefore, the same are required to be completed before appearing for the first time in IPCC Examination.
