if itr-v of a return is not sent within 120 days of filing will the return be considered as invalid?
nextly what is the procedure to be taken either revised return or application for condonation of delay?

yes it will be termed as invalid return . but i think CBDT has extended time limit for the AY 1011 upto 31.10.2011. and one thing u send ur return they will not check. i have tried in my office they have accepted the returns.
