Regarding issue of income tax refund i
one of my friend filed her return on 1st August but the no refund has been issued till now.It showing filed successfully but the green tick mark are not available in column of return verified on , return processing & processing completion.how to proceed on above issue

It will take time
check is ITR PENDING FOR EVRIFICATION, YOU CAN SEE THIS IN FILED ITR AND EVERIFY RETURN. NOW THEY PROCESS RETURN WITHOUT EVERIFICATION, ONE IT EVERIFIED REFUND IS RELEASED. YOU CAN CHECK STATUS OF REFUND AT NSDL REFUND SITE. https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refund-status-pan.H T M L
