Yes.
There are only 2 category of form so fill according to your Route to IPCC. i.e. Direct Entry without CPT or Direct Entry converted from CPT.

Now Signing it is compulsory to take signature with whoom i registered or i can take signature with other CA because i have completed my articleship so he is no more principle to me. can you please suggest

 

It means u are direct entry student.
U need to get it done from your principal. If it's not possible because of different cities or any other issue ask on ICAI helpline.

Nice question. Yet another goofup by the institute. Your case is that you are giving IPCC and have completed Articleship. Now the issue is that the relevant COS that applies to you has not mentioned the option of princi / any member for those who have completed articleship.

Please call on the helpline nos and also your regional centre to find the way out and explain then clearly because they tend to give answers at times without understanding the issue
