Regarding input

I am works contract registered dealer in gst regime bearing gstn in ap.i want to purchase a self mixture concrete vehicle of sand, cement,water and gravel. actually it is used as to sew drains and to sew roads etc to reduce man power.now my query is am eligible to take ITC or not what I have to paid gst on that vehicle
