Regarding IIT urgent

Hello,

Please guide me, I have compleated my CA Inter in November 2008 attempt ( results declared on 29 Jan 2009), I would like to join Articleship trainee... but still didn't compleated my ITT (Information Technology Training), Can I register for Articleship without compleation of ITT, I will compleate my ITT later i.e before attempting my Final Attempt.
