Regarding Gstr return nill
We have generated the e way in month of November in job work option but and we have not submitted the final payment for payment. in this case our GST return for the month of November will be nill?????

If You can't raise any bills then Yes... Your return is nil...
But Eway bill applicable only in case of Goods Movement Not on Service (Job work) ???
