Regarding gstr 1 not filling

Dear all. Pls let me know that we have not filed the gatr1 return till yet for the month of July 17.then late fee application or not and how much amount to be paid

Late fee of Rs.200/- per day charged.

But same may be waived as portal is closed for 51 days due to GSTR-2 filing.

So every person failed to file GSTR-1 have to pay late fee of 10000/-

@ Mr. VIKAS SAINI.,

As per my view.,
The GSTR 2 return extended to Upnormal. So, GSTR 1 late fee is not atract. Wait on further availability CBEC give some relaxation....
