I can't find this sac code in my GST login to registration

The new SAC codes not available in GST portal on Registration window. It's not updated you ll use old Service Tax code...
and what is old sac code and may I collect tax 12% GST with ITC

I'm dealing in goods transport but I'm taking about cab services and may charged 12% GST ?
At the time of registration you ll use the old Service Tax code for registration purpose..
But, You can use new codes for your business transactions. Also you ll be charge GST your nature of services...
can you explain me cab services GST rate means 5% (without ITC) and 12 % (with ITC) which should I charged in bill please explain with section of GST
