Regarding Gst Photo Stat

Respected sir, my query is that I have run the bussene of photo Stat with some of Govt deptt and private, sir my annual turnover is maximum Rs 3.00 lac per annual. Sir may I'm liable to take the gst if yes, may I take the composition scheme, sir which is the rate of Gst applicable on photo Stat work. Sir the goods consumed for the work of photo stat is 5%.Please help me. Thanks
