Our supplier has raised credit note for special discount given to us on 31-3-19 which is post supply discount. My concern is whether I have to reduce ITC of GST on discount amount which is received from supplier Please help me

If supplier not charged GST in that Credit Note then no need to reduce the ITC...
Kindly refer Section 15 of CGST Act .
