can we get MEIS licence on the basis of export we made to fulfill the export obligation EPCG licence??

so does it mean that same amount of export is considered for giving two benefits i.e of MEIS & EPCG licence?
is it fair to revenue and government treasury?

Are you bothered about the govt policy ? Both are for encouraging exports. Both are different.

You must understand EPCG is for one time investment and MEIS is for continuous support.

Dear Janak

You may claim MEIS on the same export effected towards fulfilment of export obligation undertaken against Advance Authorisation and EPCG licence too.So your single export will give you triple benefits.
