Regarding Form 24Q TDS
Whether it is mandatory for the employers to enter the details of zero tax deducted employees form 24Q ?

You cannot add the employees in form 24Q whose tax is not deducted.
in a case where none of the employees are eligible to tax deduction, you cannot file form 24Q. the utility will give payment error.

Dear kaushik how can we correct this error I also have the same problem as I have deductee to whom I have to issue form 16 but no tds has been deductable I don't have challan to tag them kindly guide me

In that case I'd recommend you to download and use the .tx FORM 16 fillable file format available on the income tax website.

please note that you need to download and install the income tax form opener utility first. its link is in the first row on the above page.
