I am a private student. Earlier I haven't filled form 112.now Institute asked me to fill the same along with penalty of rs 1000.Beacuse I am not associated with any kind of college I am unable to fill "Certificate from college" contained in form 112.
Is it compulsory to fill it? Kindly guide me.

Its not compulsory to fill form 112...its required only when u r doing some other course alongwith with ur articleship...whether regular or through correspondence
