Regarding form 107 and 108

Okay, since you have already received the reply, now you will need to send Form 107. Form 108 cannot be revised.

Send the same and you will receive the articleship completion letter.

Form 107 need not require no judicial stamp paper. It's just a form. Take a print, fill sign and send. And for Form 108 fresh date of completion needs to be mentioned that's the only chnage. Send both the forms simultanoeusly along with letter quoting the reference number within 60 days from 4th September 2018. Else there is a penalty for the same.

Is form 108 need to be filled again after filling form 107

I have completed my articleship and filled my form 108 but I have taken excess leaves of 22 days during my articleship so that I filled my 107 and same has been registered by Reginol office. There is any requirement to fill form 108 again after 107 ?? If yes, then my Form 108 is not available to fill again. Now what should I do? Because of this I am not eligible to apply my membership.
