| If AOC-4 was filed without the CA's (auditor's/practicing professional's) DSC, the form itself would typically not have gone through SRN generation successfully, since DSC affixing is a mandatory pre-submission step on MCA21, not a post-filing one. Steps: 1. Check the SRN status on the MCA portal. If status shows 'Form is pending for digital signature' or similar, the form is incomplete and you can still upload the missing DSC by logging in and resuming the same SRN before the prescribed time window closes. 2. If the form shows as fully filed/approved without the second DSC, it likely means the system rejected the incomplete submission, and you'll need to refile a fresh AOC-4 with all DSCs properly affixed before the due date to avoid additional fees. 3. If due date has lapsed, file with applicable additional fee under the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules. 4. Cross-check with your company's MCA login under 'Track SRN Status' for the exact stage and whether resubmission or correction is permitted. |
