As per the recent circular issued by the institute, the requirement of the Eligibility certificate is despensed with........so as far as nov.09 attempt is concerned, their is no reqiurement of the EC no. to be mentioned in the examination form, though their is a space for it......., alternatively u can contact the institute's no. to know about it............. !!!
