Not likely it's like an option which the portal provides.
However, the gst rules have been made w.e.f. 1.4.2020.

@ Subyasachi ji..On 14 March 2020: Announcement by the GST council of the deferral of the implementation date from 1st April 2020 to 1st October 2020.
