First of all yes E- Commerece operator takes complusory GST REGISTRATION

E-COMMERCE OPRATOR (AMAZON ,FLIPKART)- TAX COLLECTOR

E-COMMECE SELLER - NORMAL TAXPAYER

I think you are supplying on behalf of E-COMMERCE , So apply for Normal/Regular Taxpayer
