HEY EVERYBODY,
IS IT MANDATORY FOR AN ASSESSEE TO E-FILE ITR-1 FOR A.Y.2015-16? OR CAN IT BE FILED MANUALLY TOO???
WE WANT TO FILE MANUALLY, OUR TAXABLE INCOME IS NIL....
PLZ HELP....THANX....

Just bcoz you have a PAN no -does not mean you have to file a IT return unless you have tax credits or AIR. If you have a blank 26As and taxable income NIL - you need not file return.
Agree with sharoor. If income below 2.5lakhs and no tds ...no need to file return
