Regarding deduction

Sir I am an married lady and having income from salary from the state government.sir my mother is an senior citizen and suffering with the certain ailments and on wheel chair and I have lookafter my mother and made the exp. of medicine on treatment of my mother sir can I claim the said exp in my income tax return .If I can please guide me in which section and how many amount.Thanks a lot.
