Regarding cs training

Hi Divya, Job aspects with regard to both practice and employment in a company are good. There cannot be much conflicts. But Both have very good career ahead.

Well as per my senior members suggestion I am of the opinion that PCS is better as you get to learn various things and you get to do the work of different companies.

And it is essential for you to  decide what you want to become after qualifying your CS. This will alone solve this question.
