Regarding Changing Company Name?

Yes, you can apply for the change in name of the company if its available (by applying for Form 1A). Apply for change of address in Form 18. Once the procedure is completed, fresh certificate of incorporation will be issued with a new name & updated address.

Yes, In order to change company name, Form 1A is required to file for name approval.

After the name gets approved, applicant is required to file form 23 (necessary  resolution  for alteration of     MOA and AOA) and form 1B   to give effect to change name.

A company may by special   resolution and with the approval of central govt. signified in writing change the  name

 if any word attach or remove from the name of company no such approval is required.
