I heard it from few of my friends that a CA student is not allowed to pursue a CFA course. Is it true? Are there any such restrictions?

Previously there was restrictions but not now so u can do that

regarding indian CFA course conducted by icfai previously restriction is there but at present it is not there

but you can do CFA conducted by cfainstitue of usa

correct me if am wrong

I wish to do cfa from icfai tripura is this university recognised.actually i want to do the dual degree of cfa plus mba together .will it be usefull and recognised please help me out on this.

CFA & MBA is a nice combo. However, CFA from tripura is not recognised anywhere.

i have an engg background...will be doing mba next year...shall i enroll for cfa level1..plz suggest..
i only expect value addition to my knowledge and my resume..
