Regarding capital gains

sir the assessee was purchased the commercial property for Rs 500000 five lac only in the Asstt year 2006/07 and made the renovation for Rs 500000 and now in the Asstt year 2019/20 for Rs 3300000Rs thirty three lac Sir want to know that my transaction comes under the capital gains thanks

Yes, your transaction comes under the Capital Gain. You can save tax on your Capital Gain by taking benifit of Section 54F or 54 EC ect.. i.e investment in residential house property or Capital Gain bond subject to fulfilling conditions, if eligible.
