Technically speaking, yes.
Obviously Yes....!!!
You can give attempt after 2.5 years of articleship but have to complet remaining 6 months after attempt.
If your from IPCC stream and enrolled for article training you will be eligible to appear in the examination after completing two and half years of your training.
