Regarding C form
If the purchaser had issued the c form of lesser amount to seller Then can again the c form be issued again of actual amount or its once issued cannot be changed or rectified .

If its generated online , you have to get it change from Dept. ...... & the online C form generated on the basis of you filed the returns , Hence if the value of purchase shown in return by you is the equal to value in C form then you cant able to get it change.

There are 3 ways to solve your problem.
1) Request to your purchaser to change the C-form and correct the c-form as per your invoice.
2) Cancel the wrong C-Form and raise fresh C-Form.
3) Pay Tax @ 14.5% on different amount.
