I have already registered myself for the examination of ipcc may 2011.Here my query is whether if i wont appear for the exam will it come under the attempt(by not even paying examination fees).

i am a PE-2 Student. I want to convert in to IPCC course, I want ro know when i can register for the cource?
Can i appear in Nov 10 Exam.
I had a Exemption in Nov 2008 in accounts , Will it considered in the IPCC Nov 10 Exam ?
When I can start the articleship.? Plzzzzzzzzzzzz reply
