I started my articleship on 21 feb 2015, which should be completed on 20 feb 2018. during this period i took transfer two times and i got termination letters from icai indicating excess leaves. Due to delay in Re-registration , my three yrs are completing on 30 may 2018( excluding excess leave from previous employers). After adding excess leaves in above date my articleship is completing on 30 oct. 2018. Now querry is, my third employer should sign my 108 on 30 may or 30 oct ?
please advise as early as possible.
