Regarding Articleship and Exams

y you discontinued the articles, in my view you eligble to take because they asked 18 months, but you have to provide the artciels certificate from the auditor firm..they will come to know your discontinued..better you join to articles it will be better..all the best

i am eligible for june 2009 exam but my firm is  not granting me leave... can i discontinue my articleship so as to get time to study??? will there b any prob if i dont rejoin my articles within a month.. plz help me its urgent

Mukesh, No issues...But there is a form in the exam application that needs the signature of your principal... Leave it blank and attach your 109 with it which indicates you have completed articles... Rest everything is cool................And Achu, No issues if you take a break in articleship......Nothing wrong in that...You can join after your june attempt.... Its cool....
