Regarding articles period

if a cma student completed 3 yrs articles, then if he started his ca carrer, if he passed ipcc, then again he needed to do 3 yrs CA articles or any concession in time period?

Yes you have to complete 3 years CA articleship without any concession.

ICAI CA institute doesn't give any concession in anything... neither in papers nor in articles.

where as CMA gives concession in papers and articles...which is mentioned in the website.
kindly check the icmai website for further details of the same.
