Regarding amnesty scheme
My GST registration was cancelled, i applied for revocation during the given deadline for the same and i got my GST revoked after 30/09/20 , so what should i do because due to partial lockdown it got delayed now government is not in mood to relaxation to nil filler or small business concern people again department will cancel GST no if I don't file the returns, any alternative option to get penalties wave off or lesser penalties to pay

See if u don't have any supply made during these period u may apply for cancellation of registeration.
If u have made a supply and not even filed the returns on time u cannot miss the penalty in thaat case.
Refer to professional for cancellation without penalty.
No i vent made any supplies for this period
U can avoid penalties in that case. Just hire a right professional for application of cancellation.

File all the pending returns first
Sir but i have to pay all the late fee that is coming around 50000

If you go for voluntary cancellation then you have to file your pending returns and make the payment of late filing fees and penalties

We can expect late fee waiver in Budget...By the way their is no provision in GST to get Fee waive unless Government publish
Monthly late fee limit capped to Rs .10000
Do anyone have any idea to get GST fee waive..Is their any possibility
