Regarding a query that whether our supplier paid tax or not of the amount we paid to him

As i am a hardware wholesale trader and i purchased different items from different no. of suppliers and we paid the amount of goods we purchased from them with tax . How will i come to know that whether he paid tax or not to the govt. which i paid him because gstr3b only informs us that return has been filed but tax amount will be paid to the govt or not ... should be known how..???
please resolve my query
