Hello All,
Registrar of Companies have made it mandatory to attach few document with Form 18.
In case of Incorporating New Company following documents are req:
i. Proof of Registered Office address (Mandatory in all cases).
ii. No Objection Certificate from director ………… (Mandatory if registered office is owned
by director (not taken on lease by company).
iii. A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the
Company ………. (Mandatory if registered office is owned by any other entity/ person (not
taken on lease by company).
iv. Any other information can be provided as an optional attachment.
In my Case, the applicant who is also the Director in newly Incorporated Company lives in a Rented accomodation . He wants the same as the registered office of the Company . So what document should I attach???
In my opinion for Point No. 3 it should be NOC from the owner allowing the Company to use his premises for business.
Please clarify me for Point No. 1
