I received notice from service tax Dep on Apr 2018 it's about demand to pay duty along with interest.
after that I paid duty only not interest...
Now I want to pay interest through using sabka vikas legacy despute resolution scheme.
can I pay through it..
if I opt my entire interest will waive off??
need in urgent...

Yes, You can apply in this scheme & you have to show all details in this accordingly. Interest and Penalty (if any) would be completely waive off. You can apply through below link till 31-12-2019.
