First of all thanks to all of u for great response. Lets start to discuss a topic. On Saturday, i come to know  about BRC (bank realisation cert.) in case of export. The full concept is not clear to me. If anyone of u know, tell me. That is required in case of manf. unit to submit in Excise Dept. 

Tell me if any one know the full procedure of issue of  Letter of credit and discounting the same.
