I worked in a newly started private ltd company which provides security solutions. while filling details application form , there is one guideline for companies i.e. MOA with form 32. Is this necessary for new application. Pls let me know.

While submitting the ie code application for a company, MOA, AOA and the form 32s filed with the ROC has to be attached. In case of newly incorporated company you may attach the form 32 filed at the time of incorporation of the company. Also attach the certificate of incorporation along with other documents.
