We started a partnership firm. we registered under gst and msme. now, we applied a machinery loan. Banker ask "Firm Registration Certificate".
-What is this?
-Where I register and get this Firm -Registration certificate?
-Is this mandatory to us?
Please give solution for this and privide registration details with link...
it's very urgent loan is under final stage...

You need to register your partnership firm into a partnership firm act 1932 ,It is registered through the local SDM court ,It's not mandatory but registration is fruitful for the future .
