Despatch From : Maharashtra (Supplier Address
Bill To : Your customer address (Maharashtra)

Or Ask you supplier to Generate Eway :
Bill to your Address (Telangana) & Ship to your customer Address (Maharashtra) -IGST will be applicable.

(Issue the Bill to your Customer for the shipped goods by your supplier)
