Reg: e-stamping.

Hii everyone...

Our firm is trying for the incorpotaion of a Pvt Co. through e-stamping.

I wanted to know that , since the new  form 1,which contains provision for payment of stamp duty electronically, does not contain payment option for POA, so does that mean the stamp duty of Rs. 100/- which was earlier payable on POA, need not be paid now.

Please guide me about my query and the e-stamping procedure.
