My husband is an NRI and wolud like to file a NIL return in India. I would like to know if it is sufficient to e file the returns indicating Income to be Zero or Nil. Do I have to mention that he is NRI and his earnings are from outside India, or is there is a different form to be filed? Please guide... TIA

I am NRI. Currently i am working in dubai having salary income. As we know, it is not taxable in India so no tax liability. But i want to file nil return considering future requirements. please advice which itr to be filed and whether i have to mentioned my salary income anywhere?
